Our Shipping Method:

We will be shipping your orders via FedEX as our primary carrier. With their extensive network and commitment to reliability, you can trust that your orders are in good hands.
   
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or exceptions, we may utilize alternative courier services. Rest assured, we will promptly inform you of any such changes. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring your orders reach you smoothly.
    

Shipping Costs:

We offer FREE shipping for most ebikes (some models may require additional shipping costs) within the continental United States. Please note that shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
   

Order Processing:

Currently, orders for in-stock products are processed within 2-3 business days. If you place an order on a non-working day or during a holiday, don't worry, we'll start processing it from the next business day.
    

Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time for your order may vary depending on your shipping address. In general, we aim to deliver your items within 3-7 business days. However, please keep in mind that delivery times may be subject to change based on your specific location.If you are in a remote area, the delivery time typically ranges from 5 to 7 business days, subject to specific circumstances. We are dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you as swiftly as possible, no matter where you are located within the country.
   

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

After you place an order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation to ensure you have all the details. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive another email with a tracking number, so you can monitor your package's journey until it reaches your doorstep.
   
If an order's shipping information hasn't updated for over two weeks, you can cancel it. We'll try to recall the shipment with the courier. If that's not possible, you must refuse delivery. Orders without refusal are still valid and won't be refunded.

If you notice significant damage to the external packaging when receiving your shipment, please be sure to refuse acceptance and do not sign for the delivery.
Accepting a damaged package will be considered as accepting the contents in good condition. In the event of damage discovered after opening the package, we will be unable to file a claim with the shipping company, and any associated losses will be your responsibility.
