ESPIN is now formally authorizing ICONIC CORPORATION.(Hereinafter referred to as ICONIC) locatedat “13668 Roosevelt Avenue, Suite 809, Flushing NY 11354” to sell ESPIN branded products.
The authorized trademark is: ESPINUSPTO Registration #: 5216868 Authorization Term (Two years): From Sept 20th, 2023 to Sept 20th, 2025
After the expiration of the authorization, if our company does not propose a termination agreement,the effective date of the authorization will automatically be postponed for two years.
During the authorization period, our company has the right to control the price system of the brandproducts, and the authorized partners need to give absolute support and cooperation.
Hereby declare and authorize!
We hereby authorize ICONIC CORPORATION to be the legal distributor of the whole series of products of our "ENGWE" brand and allow legal sales of all series of "ENGWE" brand products.
Cooperation period: From January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024
