Return and Refund Policy

This return policy only applies to customers on our website for e-bikes. 
Before placing your order, please carefully consider to avoid impulsive purchases that may lead to unnecessary losses. We encourage customers to assess their needs and budget thoroughly before making a purchase, ensuring that the purchased items meet your expectations and requirements.

30-Day Return Policy

  • Please note that returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Please note that only products with quality issues can be returned.
  • If you opt for a no-reason return, please note that you'll be responsible for the outbound shipping fee of $250, the return shipping fee of $250  (or cover the return shipping cost yourself) and 3% processing fee(depends on your plan), along with any applicable service charges. These fees will be deducted from your eventual refund.
  • Please be aware that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a quality issue.

Damages And Issues

  • Upon receiving your order, we strongly advise inspecting it immediately. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us without delay. This will allow us to promptly assess the issue and make it right.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. If a package is returned because of incorrect information, failure to contact the customer, or delivery issues like gated access, the customer is responsible for all costs (shipping and handling).
  • If the e-bike is returned damaged or missing items, the cost of the damage or loss will be deducted from your refund. If the e-bike has more than ten (10) miles on the odometer, the return will be subject to a fee of $250 for shipping plus a 250$ restocking fee and 3% processing fee(depends on your plan), which will be deducted from your refund.

Different Return & Refund Situations

1) Order Cancellation
  • If you cancel the order before the package is shipped, there will be subject to a 3% processing fee(depends on your plan). This is a processing fee that we cannot get back.
  • If you cancel the order after the package is shipped, a restocking fee of $250 per bike and the return shipping fee will apply. These fees will be deducted from your final refund.
2) Quality issues 
  • Within 30 days: Customers are eligible for returns in the event of the following non-human quality issues, which include motor damage, battery damage, frame damage, and multiple damages to the entire vehicle. For all other issues, we provide support by sending replacement parts.
  • Please note that minor scratches on the vehicle are not considered product quality issues.
  • If we have already provided customers with replacement parts due to product quality issues, it is considered that the customer has opted for self-repair, and we will no longer accept returns from customers.
3) Receive the wrong product
  • If the product received by the customer does not match the product description, the customer must notify us within 5 business days from the date it's marked as delivered in the order's tracking information. We will be responsible for providing return or exchange services.
4) Damaged or missing accessories
  • If you find any accessories missing from your order, please contact us within 5 business days from the date when the order's tracking information shows that the product has been delivered.
5) Apart from obvious package damage, customers refuse to accept the package.
  • $250 shipping charge per item and you need to pay an extra $250 for the resend.

Return Process:

  • Please send an email with videos/photos of all packaging and items to with your order number and delivery day.
  • Before returning your e-bike, please make sure it's clean, especially the frame, handlebars, and wheel covers. It should be clean enough that it won't affect its resale value. After cleaning, take clear photos as proof (not cleaning properly may affect your refund). Please ensure that all accessories are included. This should comprise the charger (with its original packaging), the tool kit (including tools), and the user manual.
  • After we approve the return of your e-bike, we will give you a shipping label. Please print the return shipping label and affix it securely to the outer box. Ensure that the return label completely covers the original shipping label to avoid any confusion.
  • You will need to schedule a pickup with the courier yourself, or you can personally drop it off at the courier station for shipment. Once you've given the return package to the courier, please keep the delivery receipt signed by the courier and take a photo of it. This receipt is essential for any lost package claims.
  • Once we receive the items, we will inspect the items and process the refund. It may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund upon delivery. You'll get a notification once the refund is issued.
